Etude House Rosy Tint Lips
This is my ever first lip product from Etude House. I'm always a fan of their bb creams and some skin care products. And now I got the chance to try one of their lip tints and hopefully I would like it to get more! :)
I have the Etude House Rosy Tint Lips in #6 English Garden, a blue based pink shade which is very wearable for everyday. The packaging is very girly, especially the box which has a lot of drawings of roses while the tube is quite simple yet still chic. The packaging is in tube type which is kinda hard to squeeze (I don't know if its only me), and sponge-type applicator that I'm not a fan.
The texture is velvety and creamy. Honestly, I hate the sponge applicator because besides the fact that its unhygienic, I think there's a lot of product being wasted on the sponge and it's hard to control the application. I much prefer using lip brush for more precise application.
The formula is quite drying on the lips, make sure you exfoliate and moisturize your lips before using this as it may emphasize fine lines of dry lips. It's not long lasting, only lasted around 3-4 hours without eating or drinking. But you need to moisturize again with lip balm if you wanted to retouch. And a little product goes a long way, it's very pigmented.
I recommend this to those who like lip colors with matte finish and who doesn't have dry lips. This costs P478 at the stores (Etude House boutiques). I don't think I'll get another one because for my lips, it's too drying and I already have dry lips. I may try another kind of lipstick/ liptint from the said brand next time, something more moisturizing. :)
I've been trying to find the best-fit lip tint for me. I have tried a few but doesn't like 'em because it makes my lips even dry. Do you have any good recommendations?
